We have many very exciting things going on in our classroom this week. We have been opening 4-5 Flat Stanley packages each day and then hanging information from the packages in the hallway. The next time you are in PPS please stop by and check out our Flat Stanley wall outside of our classroom.
This week we have also been writing letters to our 3rd grade teachers! In our letters we are informing our new teachers what we like to do in school, with friends and family and during our free time. After we find out who our teachers for next year are (on Tuesday) we are going to type our letters using Google Drive and then each student will e-mail their letter to their teacher, hoping for a response! I will be hand delivering the written letters at the end of the school year!
Lastly, we are working hard on finishing up our year end assessments. Sent home on Friday was the unit 12 assessment. Students are working very hard and are doing an outstanding job completing these assessments with a smile on their faces!
